Our Project Team is experienced in the planning and delivery of project varying in size from $20,000 to $20 million.
Our team has worked with public sector and private sectors on the delivery of a variety of civic and commercial projects and have been involved in the:
Stakeholder Management – Client, Architect, Designer, Tenants, Third Party Suppliers
Review project documentation provided by the client
Provide Quantity Surveying services
Develop, where necessary, project documentation for the physical completion of works
Co-ordinate Quotation and Tender documentation
Review and provide recommendations on all quotations and tenders submitted
Award successful quotations or tender for the project
Manage successful trades during the project
Manage trade defects and their rectification
Co-ordinate the supply of all Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Project Handover to the client and Business-As-Usual operations representative
